The Jordan International Film Festival is an extension of the Jordan Film Festival, which was established in 2013 and has received great acclaim in all relevant categories.
This festival played a significant role in the internationalization of Jordanian film. The festival continued during the years (2014, 2015), and its most important objectives are:
• Contribute to the development of the Jordanian film industry and support the film industry with highly skilled directors
• Contribute to the creation of a Jordanian cinematic movement that has a real presence and the development of the technical capabilities of Jordanian filmmakers
• Participation in international film festivals and forums, as well as films of exceptional artistic quality
